Team Building for Core of Leaders Set |

A one-day team building session is being planned for Saturday, April 28 for all council members, ministry heads and sector heads (and possibly, their respective alternate heads).
 The session, being orchestrated by the Praxis Ministry chaired by Tony and Lynne Arevalo, is meant among other things, to provide participants an avenue conducive enough to making their needs and expectations relative to the exercise of their assigned roles and responsibilities clearly known, understood and even appreciated by other participants; to achieve some degree of open feedbacking between and among participants who have to work / coordinate closely with each other; and, to determine how each one can enable another to be more effective in the discharge of his/her functions, and at the same time, find his/her current role/s and responsibilities more enjoyable and fulfilling to undertake. |

Do you still recall your own marriage encounter weekend? Who was your spiritual director who reconnected you to God? Who were your couple sharers who bravely bared their lives to you? Did you go to the M.E. because you needed to or you wanted to?
To some, the M.E. was a sweet second honeymoon. To others, it was bitter-sweet. To others still, it was just bitter. But for whatever it was, I’m sure your M.E. weekend was sort of a turning point in your life.
