Team Building for Core of Leaders Set |

A one-day team building session is being planned for Saturday, April 28 for all council members, ministry heads and sector heads (and possibly, their respective alternate heads).
 The session, being orchestrated by the Praxis Ministry chaired by Tony and Lynne Arevalo, is meant among other things, to provide participants an avenue conducive enough to making their needs and expectations relative to the exercise of their assigned roles and responsibilities clearly known, understood and even appreciated by other participants; to achieve some degree of open feedbacking between and among participants who have to work / coordinate closely with each other; and, to determine how each one can enable another to be more effective in the discharge of his/her functions, and at the same time, find his/her current role/s and responsibilities more enjoyable and fulfilling to undertake.
Some 30 community leaders are expected to be part of this activity which will be held at the residence of Mrs. Joy Uy-Tioco, Membership Formation Ministry Head, at San Carlos st., Magallanes, Makati.
Tapped to facilitate the one-day activity are Monchito Mossesgeld, Shepherds and Sharers’ Formation Ministry and concurrently South Sector Head (with Tina), and Ed and Claire Palma, Pastoral Council overseer for the Praxis Ministry. An anticipated Mass by around 5pm may be held.
Target participants are enjoined to indicate their intention to attend to the Arevalos or to Jane of the secretariat on or before April 21.
