The Formation Programs allow members to be fully alive and attain deeper spiritual and apostolic formation and growth through its individual, couple, family and youth formation activities. These include AIR (Annual Ingatian Retreat), SDR (Spiritual Deepening Retreat), ME 2 (Marriage Encounter 2), Family Encounter Weekend, and Quarterly Workshops for Shepherds/Sheep.
